I have spent over 20 years in senior corporate roles in complex, global organisations. My career has been shaped by leading through change, navigating competing stakeholder demands and making high stakes decisions in environments where clarity is rarely available.
After years of supporting others within my organisations, I transitioned into coaching to continue that service in a more focused and intentional way. Today, I work with leaders and high potential professionals who are navigating pressure, growth and change, helping them think clearly and sustain performance over time.
